A few words from Geena:

An organization isn't anything without its teams and unique individuals. Getting to work with a number of entrepreneurial businesses has given me a clear path to developing and strengthening team member engagement. I've always been motivated by learning about people and their passions, and how to empower them to hone their craft. I've spent almost a decade working in customer service, administrative and operational support. I like to clean up processes, and happily welcome training and onboarding initiatives. We know candidates get an overload of in mails in a day. We also know how easy it is to put off reading/answering said in mails. Even if you’re not in the market - investing 2-5 minutes into that relationship could make a world of difference in your future.

A message from us (or a recruiter in general) is a way to start a connection. Maybe you don’t have a use for that connection now, but you might find yourself wishing you had it later.

It’s NEVER a bad idea to respond to a recruiter and see what they have to say. Especially if you liked anything in their outreach message!
