We are University of Toronto's longest-running, all-inclusive, student-run dance company! We also offer regular workshops throughout the year.

The Only Human Dance Collective (OHDC) has been a part of the University of Toronto community since 1999. We have a unique all-inclusive mandate, which is to welcome all dancers regardless of experience. We’re proud to announce the theme of our 2025/2026 season:

ON OUR HORIZONS

If you are interested in being a part of this exciting show as a choreographer, please fill out the application through the link in our bio!

This year, we are accepting 2 types of pieces:

In Person Pieces: these will be performed live onstage by members of OHDC

Dance Films: these will be filmed ahead of time and projected during the show. The main difference between Dance Films and virtual pieces from past years is that we ask that they be made in such a way that performing the dance live would not give the same result compared to the film. Whether this effect is achieved through editing, location, cinematography, or other methods is up to the creator. If you want to check whether or not your ideas meet this criteria, please contact [email protected].
