Life has been so busy lately, but a little recap of cool moments has we are slowing getting into warmer days đ€ I have been more quiet on here because I have been working hard behind the scenes! Canât wait to tell you more about whatâs coming! Tell me how you spring is coming, whatâs your top 3 favourite moments so far?
So excited to finally share a little piece of my April 11th yoga event! đ§ââïžâš
Seeing the smiles, the joy and the movement in the room made my heart so full. I loved guiding the class, I loved watching people connect afterwards, discovering the brands, chatting with each other, just being together.
Movement, people and connections are some of my favourite things in this world. I feel like Iâve found a space where all of these come together, and thatâs my happy place. đ€
A huge thank you to our partners who helped make this event so special: đ
Want to be the first to know about the next event? The link to sign up for the newsletter is in my bio! đ
Few days ago I had a conversation with a friend, telling her the way someone was treating her or me, was telling more about them. Showing off their insecurities. Then while people spend time speaking bad about us, we are moving in directions that make us happy. Block the noise and keep going where you want to go. Chose yourself and your own peace.
I wonât stop bragging about how good is to remind all of you to chose that right partner! To not settle for less than you deserve.

I tried a new lymphatic massage spot in Toronto, and Iâm sold.
Iâve had lymphatic massages before, but Iâd never been to in Yorkville. One session and the results were visible immediately. Calming atmosphere, an attentive therapist, and a treatment that does exactly what it promises.
Whether youâre dealing with bloating, water retention, post-workout recovery, or living with lipedema, this is worth looking into.
Any questions about lymphatic massage? Drop them in the comments! đ
đ
Thank you for the invitation đ€

My heart is so full looking at these photos.
From having an idea to celebrate my yoga certification with you while I was in Bali a few months ago, to the moment I stepped onto the mat, facing you. So much has happened. It hasnât been easy to put into words what Iâm feeling.
Iâm grateful for every person who chose to be in this room with me. For all the kind words, the love and the support.
Sometimes we choose to embark on a personal journey, to heal, to reconnect with ourselves, to regain trust in our bodies. Thinking it will just be for us. The love I felt surrounded by this group of amazing souls made me realize that our journeys are all connected. We do it for ourselves, but sometimes things get bigger than that.
Thank you so much to everyone who made this day so special đ

As Iâm heading to host my first yoga event today, I wanted to share a few words with you. If you have been following my story, you know a bit about me. I moved to Toronto in 2014 with broken English, no job, no friends, just a suitcase. Since then, I went through many life adventures, from becoming a permanent resident to a citizen, from working with the NBA and other teams to losing my job overnight, twice. From being told my « little » blog was a waste of time to building a strong community. From living alone to meeting and building our lives together. From dealing with grief by myself during a pandemic, 7,000km away, to starting therapy to heal every part of myself. From being scared to speak English in front of a small group to hosting Canada Day for the Parliament of Ontario in front of 15,000 people. From finding out in June 2025 that I have a chronic disease called lipedema to becoming a yoga teacher in Bali few months after. From hosting my first picnic in a park to support other immigrants dealing with loneliness during COVID to hosting my yoga event today.
I hope you find a little bit of inspiration and comfort in my story. You are not alone going through the waves of life, I hope it gives you the little boost you might be missing to fight back, to build whatever you deserve, to keep going!

Getting ready head to toes to host my first yoga event in Toronto đ„ł is not just a nail salon, itâs a place where we support each other, where we laugh, we talk about life. I always have fun there and I couldnât imagine a better experience to make me my best on the big day!
When I said it was a celebration⊠I wasnât lying!!
