100 Smiles Project helps orphanages and responds to real need in impoverished coastal communities (specifically El Salvador, Nicaragua and Guatemala). Smiles.

100 Smiles – that’s our goal – well to bring at least 100 smiles to children living in orphanages in impoverished coastal communities in countries like El Salvador, Nicaragua and Guatemala.
