Beauty lies in the details.
Stairs should go beyond mere functionality; they should enhance the character of the home.
Do you prefer a custom designed steel or wood railing? Maybe a blend? What about a runner?

As a busy executive, professional, or entrepreneur, most days only allow time for a quick shower.
However, sometimes it's nice to turn on some music, indulge in a calming soak, and let the stress melt away.

Not always do we have to add a 3rd storey and extend the footprint (although we love to do it). Sometimes, we will just work within the existing structure.
This cozy home received a new front facade, and a slew of upgrades inside to transform it into a welcoming city home.

The garage shouldn't be an afterthought. It should feel like a natural extension of the same architecture as your home.

In the mood for a little Parisian flare?
The "Whitehouse" is well known in the area for it's unique look.
With this renovation we wanted to bring something a little different to the neighbourhood. A lot of talk about New York "brownstones" at the time, as they naturally fit the inner city space. We thought we would take it a different direction and look for inspiration from a European city.

We're not always given the chance to bring back the original look. All too often the older downtown homes have been too cannibalized over time, but this one was a great opportunity to refresh this old beauty. Thoroughly enjoyed this project.

Open concept is a popular design approach in home remodels, especially with the narrow footprint that is common in downtown Toronto.
However, it is also nice to hold a little back when you come in the front door, before you move into the main space, to surprise the senses and create an impact.

Taking inspiration from a New York style townhome, we incorporated Indiana limestone with red brick, and black trim.
