📍 Location: On-site, Kitchener/Waterloo
📅 Type: Full-time, Permanent

◾Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
◾Oversee building operations and ensure high standards of maintenance
◾Manage financials, budgets, and capital planning
◾Lead teams and guide capital/construction projects

What We’re Looking For:
◾ 5+ years in commercial property management
◾ Strong communication & leadership skills
◾ Experience with capital projects
◾ Post-secondary education and RPA designation (or working toward it)

This weekend, Team Kipling hit the pavement for Princess Margaret’s Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer – Real Estate Division!

Our Kipling Team, joined over 140 teams and 1,800 players in a record-breaking day of fun and fundraising.

Goals were scored, laughs were shared, and most importantly, $3.2M was raised for life-saving cancer research at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, pushing the all-time total to an incredible $36M!

We’re proud to share that Kipling contributed $12,000 to the cause.
