Nolbu Korean & Japanese Restaurant 놀부(Festival Menu available ://www.asiafoodfest.ca/en/29.html),
is scrupulous about food materials, cooking and sauces. Quality raw fish and octopus for sashimi are imported directly from Korea every week. The army stew tastes rich owing to dozen ingredients including cheese and streaky pork while rice sausage made with chef’s secret recipe is a top-grade delicacy.

One of Japanese-styled ramen restaurants landing in Toronto long ago, Kinton Ramen is a masterpiece of Japanese noodle bowl which features a signature soup base made from pork bone, chicken bone, bonito fish broth and vegetable broth and simmered for over 20 hours, complements to the unique soup are noodle with best texture, pork neck slab marinated with a sea-salt and soy mixed sauce and simmered over a slow fire, and garnishes of bean sprouts, nori, seasoned eggs and scallion.

Fish Noodle Asian Bowl (Festival Menu available ://www.asiafoodfest.ca/en/32.html), is an expert in refreshments or light meals. Its unique fish soup noodles and grilled fish combo are made from different soup bases which are simmered by the chef every morning and added less condiments to ensure its genuineness. There are 30 different toppings and 8 shapes of noodles to choosen from.

Chako (Festival Menu available ://www.asiafoodfest.ca/en/01.html), is a do it yourself “all you can eat” BBQ & Izakaya restaurant featuring Korean-styled barbecue and sushi. While creating a unique fume-free dining environment Chako offers a wide selection of more than 30 BBQ item, including short ribs, beef, chicken, pineapples, oxtongue, tiger shrimps, mussels and salmons, as well as over 10 varieties of sushi.
