Hey Black Friday , I take your Amazon deals and raise you something exciting for Small Business Saturday!

I can't wait to share it with you.

New favorites from old treasures. Just those peaceful little moments with the sky.

Today I needed to do something to fill my bucket.
I am missing the little pieces of myself that I left behind on my last trip to the west coast.
So today I opened the nearly untouched file folder of images from that trip. I was quickly reminded of the of the ethereal artistry nature creates there in every corner. Not only is it enchanting but humbling to be made to feel so insignificant just from looking up.
The ability that land has to make you feel small but so intune with yourself and everything that surrounds you making you feel more grounded with even the shallowest of breaths you take in.

While the majestic mountains and the captivating ocean compete with one another to win you over, my attention is often taken by the unnoticed.
The tiny fungi growing on the lush moss that dangles from tree branches, the smooth glass like pebbles in a nearly crystal clear but also ice blue river. The verdant ferns that gather at the bottoms of massive ancient giants, play on the sides of river beds and some that sparkle at an entrance of a roaring icy waterfall.

These were all taken on the same week, in the same province only a few hours away from one another.

Mother nature is the only one I ever want making me feel small ever again. She earns it.

Everyone is in Candy cane mode but I'm over here wishing the muted late fall tones would hang on a bit longer...
