As the world of work transforms, so must our approach to measuring impact. The challenge isn't just what we measure, but how we create frameworks that are both rigorous and human-centered; that account for systemic barriers while honoring individual journeys.

That’s why Prepr, with support from the Government of Canada, is developing the Impact Measurement Blueprint, a national initiative designed to equip employment service organizations with the tools, training, and infrastructure needed to measure and communicate real program impact, especially for employment outcomes.

At Cannexus 2026, we're bringing our research directly to sector leaders. Prepr’s Chief Learning Officer, Caitlin McDonough, and Research Lead, Peter Szyzslo, will share key findings from the Blueprint and facilitate collaborative discussion to help shape the toolkit and data infrastructure we're building together.
