For some, that might mean chasing a personal best. For others, it might mean running alongside a friend or taking on a distance they’ve never tried before.

Whatever their goal, every kilometer is another opportunity to build confidence, resilience, and a stronger relationship with movement. 🦖🏃

Every runner has a first race. 🦖💚

For some, it's a sprint. For others, it's a few wobbly steps, a snack break halfway through, or crossing the finish line in a parent's arms. And somehow, those are always the moments that make us smile the most.

These little runners may not remember their first race, but we hope they'll grow up with photos like these—and parents who'll never forget the excitement, the proud finish, and that very first medal.
