It's that time of year again 🎶🌿

Summer Music in the Garden returns for its 25th season, filling the Toronto Music Garden with 20 free live performances all summer long.

You can expect everything from classical and jazz to folk, global music and boundary-pushing collaborations performed by celebrated Canadian and international artists. All set against one of the city’s most iconic summer backdrops by the water.

The Indigenous Arts Festival is today!

Visit Biidaasige Park and join this free, family-friendly celebration of Indigenous Peoples Month. It features traditional and contemporary music, dance, artisan markets and culinary experiences of the First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples of Turtle Island.

Shop handmade crafts and artwork.

Stay into the evening for live musical performances as the celebration continues into the night with performances by Susan Aglukark, Derek Miller, Lacey Hill, the Manitou Mkwa Singers, and the Missisaguas of the Credit First Nation Youth Empowerment Group.

West Block/Staging Grounds Opening - Artist Talk & Neighbourhood Walk

This guided experience, led by members of The Bentway team and the artists, invites you to gather, explore, and connect across the neighbourhood.

What To Expect:
- The approximate distance of the walking tour is 1km. The route is wheelchair accessible. Please dress accordingly in appropriate footwear. For questions about accessibility at this event, please email: [email protected]

- Universal and all-gender washrooms are available on site at The Bentway Studio before the tour.

- This event will happen rain or shine. The majority of the route is covered by the Gardiner Expressway above.

- Public seating is accessible along the route.

Help strengthen the visitor experience at Tommy Thompson Park! 🌿

The City of Toronto and Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) are leading the creation of a Visitor Experience Plan for Toronto’s beloved urban wilderness on the Leslie Street Spit. The goal of the plan is to manage a growing number of visitors to the park, improve the user experience, reduce conflicts, and protect natural habitats. 📝
