MB Digital Communications
MB Digital Communications helps real estate professionals get more out of their email marketing, social media, and online presence.
We work with agents and brokerages who want practical support, stronger visibility, and marketing that actually gets used.
When someone searches your name, your Google Business Profile may be one of the first things they see.
So here’s a simple check for real estate agents:
Is your phone number correct?
Does your website link work?
Is your business description still accurate?
Are your photos current?
Do your service areas still reflect where you actually work?
And one thing many agents don’t realize: you can post updates directly to your Google Business Profile.
It doesn’t need to be complicated, but it should be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Summer is a great time to take a fresh look at your online presence.
If you’re a real estate agent, start with one simple step: make a list of everywhere you show up online.
Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, your website, your brokerage profile, Realtor.ca, YouTube - wherever someone might find you.
Don’t update anything yet. Just make the list.
Because before you can clean up your digital presence, you need to know all the places it exists.
A lot of realtors post their solds on LinkedIn.
And that's fine.
But most of those posts look exactly the same.
Instead of just sharing the result, try sharing a little bit of the story behind it.
What was the challenge?
What did you do differently?
What happened behind the scenes?
That's often the part people remember.
A lot of realtors think LinkedIn is all about posting.
But what you like, comment on, and engage with matters too.
Even if you’re not posting constantly, you’re still showing up - and people notice more than you think.
A lot of realtors treat LinkedIn like a numbers game.
But if your network is random, your results usually are too.
A better approach is to build your network intentionally — with past clients, local business owners, and people connected to your actual business.
A few small changes can make LinkedIn feel a lot more useful.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms, stepmoms, grandmothers, aunts, and mother figures whose care and support mean more than words can say. Hope you feel celebrated this weekend.
Most realtor LinkedIn profiles are written like résumés.
But that’s usually not why people are looking at them.
People land on your profile to decide whether they trust you, whether to reach out, or whether to refer you.
A few small changes can make a much stronger first impression.
A lot of realtors think they’re on LinkedIn… but they’re not really showing up.
Having a profile isn’t the same as having a presence.
If someone looks you up, what do they actually see?
This is a quick way to check whether you’re visible - or just “there.”
