I just wanted to go home and lay on the couch but I knew I had to put in the work for ME! and knowing that my mom was at the gym waiting for me also helped 🥰

the beagle needed some support so I dropped some coin on a new dog bed for him! 🐶 I hope eventually he likes it

I spent 3 months on a scalp serum that was never going to do what I needed it to 🥲 not because it’s BAD, but because it’s missing the ingredient that actually matters: Aminexil (aka Capixyl). if your serum doesn’t have them, you’re just moisturizing your scalp 🧴 which is fine, but not the goal 😝
