Body filler packed into an open hole like that is going to crack. The panel keeps moving with the weather and the filler can't keep up. One winter and you're back to square one.

This repair gets a hard F.

Solid week to close out, with vehicles moving through and the team dialed in on every job. Shop's clean and Monday's already lined up.

Rear quarter panel repair on this Suburban.

Panel work, refinishing, and reassembly all done to factory spec. Lines straight, colour matched, everything sitting exactly where it should.

Another one back to pre-accident condition and ready for the road.

Glue sticks pulling damage out of a front bumper. Same idea as hot water and a plunger.

You can still see the folds in the video. There's no structural integrity left afterwards, there's likely damage underneath it, and the hot glue will probably leave permanent marks on the bumper.

Not something we'd recommend.

Walk the floor on any given day and no two cars are at the same point. One's just been dropped off, still being looked over. Another's getting its final check before it heads home.

What ties them together is how they're worked on. Same factory procedures, same attention, whether it's day one or day done.

Straps at either side of the damage, hydraulic pressure working against them. We call it horizontal pulling. It expands the panel and releases the tension so the damage can come back out.

Does it fix the panel? No. It's a starting point, and there's plenty of work left after this.
