Put a little extra pep in your step with The Courier ☕ — your daily delivery of delicious, locally-roasted coffee.
That’s right: Good Foot now has its own coffee, in partnership with the incredible team at Sparkplug Coffee ! This collaboration is one we’re genuinely proud of. It’s also a tribute to our team of neurodivergent Couriers, who deliver packages across the city with the kind of care and professionalism (and yes, pep!) that make Good Foot what it is.
A portion of every bag sold goes directly to Good Foot, supporting inclusive employment and keeping the Courier Program running.
Pick up a bag to support a small local coffee business and Good Foot at the same time, and start your morning right.

Come say hi, buy a bag of coffee, and support this incredible festival!
It’s National AccessAbility Week! The words disability and accessibility are often associated with obvious physical disabilities – and we still need improvement with physical access! – but there are many more forms of accommodations and access that aren’t always top of people’s minds.
Understanding invisible disabilities and how to accommodate them are an essential part of creating a barrier-free Canada.
At Good Foot, breaking down workplace barriers for the neurodivergent community is woven into everything we do. Visit our website to explore resources on inclusive employment. And if you need courier or flyer distribution services, choosing Good Foot Delivery is a simple way to support that mission directly.

Traditional hiring processes can unintentionally exclude neurodivergent candidates, not because of ability, but because of how the system is designed.
Common barriers include:
• Complex language and jargon
• Overly rigid job requirements
• Interviews that prioritize small talk over actual capability
• Unpredictable interview formats that create anxiety instead of opportunity
When these barriers exist, employers risk missing out on talented people with a lot to offer. The good news? Small, intentional changes can make a real difference, in both strengthening your team and creating a more inviting and supportive environment for candidates.
Inclusive employment is often framed as accommodation or generosity. In reality, it leads to better hiring decisions, stronger retention, and more resilient teams.

Together, we’re proving that a different kind of economy isn’t some far-off idea. It’s already happening, and our communities are stronger because of it.
