As Mental Health Month comes to a close, we wanted to leave you with a few important reminders from our friend Alicia, who volunteers with Live Different, one of the organizations we’re grateful to partner with. 💚
Wedding planning is such a beautiful season, but the stress that can come with it can also feel overwhelming at times. From balancing expectations to managing timelines, emotions, and big life changes, it’s important to remember that your mental health matters through it all.
Rest is productive.
Healing is not linear.
And you were never meant to carry everything alone.
