Vintage Vanity Vignette

A nice little grouping of things along the back wall of my Toronto shop.

Transformed this little buffet and hutch by painting it white with grey accents with some light distressing. It’s the perfect piece for display or storage for your kitchen

I had some fun covering these mid century cabinets with different canvas prints. Definitely eye-catching with a bohemian vibe.

This is a pair of vintage wing chairs have been given the shabby chic treatment. We made them here in the Chatelet work room. They are made from a pre-shrunk cotton velvet, making them super comfortable and cozy. The slip covers are removable and washable.

A new dresser and pair of chairs I thought I would highlight. The dresser is newly painted in Benjamin Moore‘s white down with gold details, the chairs are real upholstered in a quilted chenille making for an elegant and soothing look.

Had some time to set up a nice vignette yesterday. It was a lot of work, but the picture is worth it I think!

I sewed up this slipcover in pre-washed linen for this oversized English Country chair. I tried to get the cat to pose but it wasn’t happening, so we ended up with my sweet little doggy.
