A personal project. Tired of the house prices in Toronto I set about an alternative and built myself a houseboat, which I live on all year round. To say it’s amazing is an understatement. It’s the size of a large 1 bed condo with all the same comforts and warmth but half the price. Approximately $350k. Yes there are mooring fees but they are the same a maintenance fees on a condo.
