Metrolab Recording has some availability opening up. Full tracking studio: control room, live room, booth, and separate storage/amp room. Commercial building, AC, washrooms on the floor.
We rent to professional recording engineers running their own sessions (tracking or mixing). Looking ideally for regular / repeat bookings — discounted rates available for 4+ sessions per month. Schedule is flexible.
Off-hours and last-minute availability can also work for band rehearsals, drum or piano practice.
If you’re an artist looking to record, I also take on select projects, or can connect you with other engineers who work out of the space.
