Allan Scott is definitely a maker to watch if you like a style with a bit more finesse and want to explore outside of Sauvignon Blanc.

You don’t see a lot of Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc in the Canadian market. Right now, we a fantastic one from Domaine Duclaux. Here, the winery walks us through the fermentation process.
