Thinking about your outfit for Spring 2013 Convocation? Make sure to wear appropriate clothing underneath your gown! We recommend business casual, but keep in mind it may get warm.

The deadline to RSVP for Spring Convocation is coming up - this Sunday, May 26th.

For any walk through students - we will be contacting you shortly to have you RSVP! Please be patient.

Don't forget to print out your confirmation page after you have paid for your robe rental and bring it with you to your ceremony!

This will let the University know you are attending your ceremony and will ensure your robe rental is arranged. When you RSVP, you will be provided with guest tickets to your convocation ceremony.

A camera has just turned up in our Lost and Found. If you or somebody you know has lost a camera during convocation contact the convocation office at [email protected] with a description.

Didn't get your diploma after your ceremony?

Diplomas are available for pick up beginning Monday, November 5th from the Bennett Centre for Student Services. Bring your ID!

Missed the RSVP deadline? Not to worry, we extended the RSVP deadline to September 30th!

Visit the following link before September 30th to RSVP for your ceremony and print your guest tickets!
