It was exhausting and ofcourse there were some last minute issues but it worked out!! Next! BTW 9 different paint colours in one small house😐what were they thinking.

Preparing to share me real estate investing story😬

I had one week to clean and paint 95% of my rental between tenants, whew 😰, it was exhausting but I and the new tenant are very happy with the results😃 .

How I simplified my search for a new tenant. 1. Included all info and photos in online ad. 2. Required application to be completed before scheduling a viewing. This allowed me to verify all info and move forward only with those who qualify. 3. Advised applicants to be prepared with deposit and ready to sign lease at viewing. I did ONE viewing and found a great tenant! This saved me so much time and minimized intrusion with the current tenants!!
