A delicious Thanksgiving dinner cooked by Kalvin 🙌🏼 A recipe wasn’t used, and it was truly amazing to witness the creative process behind creating these dishes. There was a beautiful balance of flavours and textures every bite.
We had fried shrimp as the appetizer paired with 2 sauces to choose from: coconut chilli lime and roasted peanut sweet chilli sauce.
For the main course, roast pork with a thick crispy layer of skin and soft juicy meat 🤤 3 sauces to choose from mang tomas, vinegar soy sauce, spicy jasmine rice thai sauce. Bibimbap was a nice alternative to white rice, the veggies added many textures to each bite!!

What’s great about this set up is grilling the pork throughout your meal to ensure it stays warm! We also had a mix of white and yellow corn tortillas. White is great for a soft taco, and yellow can be fried for the perfect hard shell or even corn chips (as seen in the photo). Elotes were delicious and of course had churros for dessert! 🙌🏼

Apricot Squares 😍 Mouthwatering buttery shortbread crust, apricots mixed with nuts (pistachio, walnuts, almonds). Made these last minute before going on a picnic and WOW!!Definitely going on the menu. I can’t wait for you to try these!
Can be made without nuts and still incredibly delicious 🤤
