1 medium red onion
12 Large eggs
1 1/2 cup eggs whites
1/2-3/4 tsp salt(to taste)
2 cup feta cheese
Ham or Turkey Slices (2-3 slices per wrap)
8oz spinach/227g
10 large tortillas(whole wheat if you want that)
3 tsp butter(to cook eggs)
2 tbsp EV olive oil(to cook veggies)
