Project management reveals the good, the bad, and the ugly in any company—a role that requires balancing multiple constraints, interacting with all levels, staying highly organized, and maintaining a network robust enough to solve nearly any problem. It’s one of the toughest jobs in the world, but also one of the most rewarding.

This foundation in project management is what empowered me to take on an ambitious project in 2020: developing 8020 Excellerate, a leadership remix and total game-changer for developing leaders. The journey has been challenging but fulfilling, built upon years of hard-won project management experience.
