I was asked the other day about what key points I think a designer should cover in their initial client discovery call.

This is the opportunity for you, as the designer, to gather relevant information about your client’s business that will later help you design a brand that effectively reflects their goals. It’s also an opportunity for you to both ensure you’re on the same page.

I used to be hesitant when talking about pricing but I’ve learned that full transparency from the get go is actually going to save time for for both you and your client.
