Stephen Inc. is looking to hire an individual to assist with interior renovations.
Responsibilities would include:
Demolition
Framing (steel / wood)
Drywall installation and finishing.
Finished carpentry
Painting
Floor installation
Cabinet installation
Loading/unloading materials
Site clean up.
And much more.
Requirements:
Attention to detail is important.
Able to work and maintain a safe work environment.
Minimum 3 years construction experience.
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Must have own basic tools. Tool belt, hammer, measure tape, drill, safety shoes, ear protection, safety glasses.
Transportation to job sites
Able to lift materials up to 65lbs

HERRINGBONE. Named for the resemblance to the bone structure of the herring fish skeleton, which dates back to the Ancient Roman Empire. Roman road builders discovered that by laying out bricks in a V-shaped pattern on a bed of gravel, they could construct a more stable road.

We re-wired the kitchen receptacle under the upper cabinets to create a clean backsplash with no obstructions.

We had the pleasure of transforming this spacious but dated yorkville condo into a luxurious modern masterpiece. This home is equipped with a custom kitchen & wardrobes, marble & porcelain countertops and automated lighting throughout. We also converted the storage closet into a beautiful powder room.
