This weekend I had the privilege of seeing my daughter perform for the first time in years, with an extremely talented multigenerational cast in the production of Fiddler on the roof. Everyone in the audience left with a smile war to ear. It was wonderful. I was honoured when I was asked to make a special cake for the cast party. Vanilla cake infused with strawberry frosting.

A very happy 6th Birthday to Asher. He loves his drum kit that is a teal colour and sparkly. I tried to recreate it in cake form. Glad he enjoyed this cake with delicious strawberry flavoured frosting. 💋

Another favourite things cake for the books. Each one of these cakes is unique and personal. Wishing Miriam a happy 75th birthday. I’m so glad to hear that it was delicious and she loved her favourite things being created on the cake.

What an honour it was to be asked to make this Bar mitzvah cake for a long time customer. I have made bday cakes and treats for this family for several years. Basketball and Blue and yellow was the theme. Chocolate and vanilla cakes with sweet buttercream frosting and fondant accents to keep in line with the theme.

Every so often I get asked to make a gluten free birthday cake. To me, taste is still my priority. it still needs to taste delicious and thankfully there are many different ways to achieve this today l!! I’m so glad I could bring this favourite things cake to life for Sawyer who was on the call with me to tell me all the things she loves.

A Chappell Roan themed cake with edible image and Vanilla buttercream and a surprise 2 layer pink interior cake. Although I’m embarrassed to say I did not know who she was when this cake was ordered, by the time it was picked up today I had heard her name 3 times and I did a peloton class to her music. Isnt that always the case ?

When your husband requests a hot wheels birthday cake for his 60th birthday!!! I love my big kid at heart. We had a great time celebrating and honouring (Willie). To the next 60 in good health and happiness.
