"At Schulich ExecEd, we believe that fostering environments where people feel respected, valued, and empowered to be their authentic selves is essential to building stronger organizations, communities, and society as a whole," shares Rami Mayer, Executive Director of Schulich ExecEd. "During Pride Month and throughout the year, we celebrate the diversity, resilience, and contributions of the 2SLGBTQI+ community, and reaffirm our commitment to creating spaces where every individual feels accepted and supported and can lead with confidence, purpose, and authenticity. Most importantly, we strive to create environments where each person feels truly seen, heard, valued, and experiences a genuine sense of belonging."
We also take this time to honour the individuals and communities whose courage and advocacy have helped shape a more equitable future. Their efforts continue to inspire how we approach leadership, learning, and the environments we create.
