Our team is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accident Benefits Clerk to assist with personal injury and insurance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Requesting and organizing medical and insurer documents;
Managing accident benefits files and deadlines;
Communicating with adjusters, treatment providers, and clients;
Preparing various OCF forms and assisting with LAT matters.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience with AB claims or personal injury law in Ontario;
Strong understanding of the SABS and insurer communication;
Excellent organization and communication skills;
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Fluent English is a must. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.

Role: Legal Assistant
Location: Downtown Toronto.
Mandatory requirements:
✔️Ability to handle stress and tight deadlines;
✔️Excellent knowledge of English;
✔️Driver’s License (occasional court attendance in various parts of the GTA is required)
✔️Desire to commit to a career in the legal field (will consider NCA students).
The following items will be considered an asset:
✔️Own vehicle;
✔️Knowledge of additional language/s;
✔️Previous experience in a similar role.
Main duties:
✔️Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, affidavits and briefs, various legal forms, applications, and motions.
✔️Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures.
✔️Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for 2 lawyers.
✔️Set up and maintain filing systems, utilizing knowledge of legal records and procedures and frequently controlling confidential materials and documents
✔️Maintain dockets, and assist with data entry to the existing legal software.
✔️Prepare client bills of accounts using legal software.
✔️Maintain calendar and track deadlines for filing of materials and/or various court hearings.
✔️Coordinate and prioritize the flow of information internally and with clients, courts, and opposing parties.
✔️May attend court, meetings or conferences to take notes, minutes, and dictation
✔️May perform other general office work as required.
