Not sure what comes next? This workshop introduces families to the Ontario Autism Program and key community supports to help you get started after a new diagnosis.

This is a Foundational Family Service through the OAP and families must be registered with the Ontario Autism Program to attend.

Individual or group support? It depends on the child. One-to-one support may help when a child needs focused practice. Group support may help when a child is ready to practice social and communication skills with peers. Intake can help families explore fit.

Know a family looking for autism support? Lumenus Autism can help families understand service options, intake steps, and available programs. Educators and school teams can share our intake contact with caregivers who are looking for guidance.

Small routines can help children know what to expect. Try choosing one transition this week, using a simple visual cue, giving a short reminder, and celebrating the effort. For personalized support, speak with our intake team.

The first call should make things clearer, not more confusing. Our intake team asks about your child, your family goals, timing, location, and questions, then helps you understand possible next steps.
