In English, politeness is often shown through indirect language — not tone of voice alone.

Instead of sounding demanding, use polite phrases:

• soften requests
• show respect
• make conversations smoother

Try using:

“Could you please…” → polite requests

“Would you mind if I…” → asking permission

“I’d appreciate it if…” → formal but natural politeness

These phrases are common in:
✔️ workplaces
✔️ emails
✔️ customer service
✔️ everyday conversations

Polite English helps you sound confident and professional, even when your grammar isn’t perfect.

.It’s TEA TIME! 🍵 In this special fill-in-the-blank episode, we’re putting Arnell’s movie knowledge to the test. Let’s just say… some of these answers prove she’s “barely functioning” as an adult. 😂

We’re spilling the tea on the wildest production drama: 🎬 The secret studio deal that saved Home Alone. 👹 The 8-hour daily "torture" Jim Carrey endured for The Grinch. 🌑 The original dark script for Elf (it wasn't always so innocent) and more.

We’re also breaking down several key vocabulary words hidden in these famous lines. If you want to sound more like a native speaker, you’ll want to add these to your toolkit!

***Disclaimer: Yes, we know it’s January! Don’t judge us, we’re keeping the holiday vibes going just a little longer. ❄️✨
