We handled this small 4 bay roll-formed rack install for Kings Material which later got bought out by Arbon Equipment.

It was a simple install, we went in and got it done in half a day.

Racking Layout & Installation in Scarborough, ON 🇨🇦👷‍♂️🔨

Marvel supply chain was sold used roll-formed racking and we were hired to complete the installation. We also supplied anchors and safety pins and created a basic layout of how and where the racking rows would be aligned for best use of their equipment and operation.

On our way back into town from a bigger project we stopped by in Cobourg and completed this small install in half a day.
It was a smooth and clean install. We were literally in and out.

High Bay Racking Installation in Frankford, ON 🇨🇦👷‍♂️🔨

An installation we completed for our friends at PAC RAC Systems. This was phase 1, which we completed in a little over a week. I’m the following year their in-house team went to complete phase 2.

Dismantle & Install of New Racking in Cobourg, ON 🇨🇦👷‍♂️🔨

Provided install support for our friends at PAC RAC Systems for a week out in Cobourg. We assisted in the dismantle of old racking and installation of brand new roll-former racks.
We were able to get the job done in a week and both our partner and their clients were happy with the work.

Supply & Install of 8’ Racking for Freezer in North York, ON 🇨🇦👷‍♂️🔨

A small commercial unit in North York needed us to plan the best layout and most affordable racking to fit their 2 small freezers. We were able to find 10’ teardrop uprights with 8’ crossbeams that were in good as new condition.
We handled the shipping and cut down frames to fit under their freezer system the client was very satisfied with the final result.

Full Warehouse Rack Install in Bowmanville, ON 🇨🇦👷‍♂️🔨

With a 5-6 man crew we completed a 400+ upright installation with 3 crossbeam levels and safety bars. We were also responsible for putting stickers on the face of every beam that had old labels. We completed this project in about a month in an active warehouse working around multiple trades.

Racking & Cantilever Relocation in Brampton, ON (Phase 2)

For phase 2 we completed a bigger relocation of 18 racking bays and 12 cantilevers. This time we relocated these systems into a new warehouse, which the client would use for storage outside their manufacturing facility

The client wanted to relocate their cantilever and 3 racking bays to another nearby area in order to create space for machinery.

Our team completed the job in 1 day and phase 1 of this 2-phase project was complete.
