What does it mean to truly value seeds and the life they represent? How can we cultivate a deeper sense of reverence and respect for seeds and their role in sustaining life? In what ways does our current relationship with seeds reflect our broader relationship with the natural world?

The human relationship to seeds is vital for the preservation of biodiversity, the restoration of ecosystems, the promotion of food security, the preservation of cultural heritage, and the mitigation of climate change. Philosophically, our relationship with seed prompts reflection on our ethical responsibilities, our interconnectedness with nature, questions of justice across generations, the pursuit of harmony with the natural world, and the quest for identity and meaning in our relationship with the environment.

Please join us for our next event in the Seed Speaker Series. This free event will be held virtually on April 25th at 12pm EST. You can sign up here: https://zoom.us/meeting/register/tJEpfumpqj4oEt2qeKBPZHKfr3ebhw6zwPZb #/registration

We cannot wait for this Friday's event featuring the incredible voices of Matthew Aghai, Eve Allen and Eduardo Malta Campos Filho on the status and availability of seed.

Moderated by Julian Caspari, this promises to be an incredibly rich conversation with global perspectives about the future of seed and what's needed to get together to solve for restoration at scale.

The first in an ongoing series, we hope you'll consider attending and helping to spread the word. The event is virtual (and free) and everyone is welcome.
