We found a way to stay warm.

I ❤️ breakthroughs! All week I've been preaching that our minds truly stand in the way of our own progress. Believe and you can achieve! Cheesy but true.
, down 30lbs, has been on a roll of PBs (personal bests) of late. We decided to throw in something she had NEVER done before, 20 inch box jumps. After a lot of protesting, she cleared her mind of can't and just went for it. The result = another PB
So proud of this lady for not giving in. 2018... New year ... New goals. One step at a time.
