FREE EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS FOR CANADIAN SCHOOLS
In 2026, we launched a new educational initiative focused on providing completely free learning materials to schools across Canada.
A number of educational resources have already been uploaded to Google Drive, and we currently provide schools, educators, and teachers with free access to these materials.
In addition, throughout this year and in the years ahead, we plan to continue developing and expanding our collection of educational content and learning resources.
We are also reaching out to school boards to better understand their needs and preferences so that their feedback can be considered in the development process.
Our goal is to create useful, engaging, and high-quality educational materials that genuinely support students, teachers.
We would like to further expand this initiative by creating more educational materials specifically designed for Canadian public and Catholic elementary schools.

FREE EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL FOR CANADIAN HOMESCHOOLERS
Since 2026, we have been actively engaging with homeschoolers across Canada by providing them with free access to the educational materials we create through Google Drive. We also maintain active communication with homeschooling families to better understand what types of educational resources they need most. Our goal for the coming years is to continue developing and providing materials that reflect their needs, interests, and educational priorities.

One of our projects, launched in 2018, focuses on creating digital educational materials for teachers, educators, parents, and children.
We share these resources through Teachers Pay Teachers
â an online platform where educators can find lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities.
This initiative is part of our broader social impact work focused on supporting creativity, learning, and creative thinking in children.
Our materials are designed to be used by:
⢠children â to explore ideas, develop skills, and think independently
⢠teachers and educators â to bring more variety and engagement into lessons
⢠parents and homeschoolers â to support learning at home
Our goal is to provide simple, practical, and accessible educational tools that can be easily integrated into everyday learning experiences.

Canada is recognized worldwide for its high-quality art and animation education, with leading institutions such as Sheridan College, OCAD University, and Emily Carr University of Art + Design. If youâre planning to pursue an art degree in Canada, this guide outlines the key steps youâll need to follow.
Step 1: Explore Art School Programs
Begin by researching schools that align with your creative interests and career ambitions. Some institutions are known for animation and character design, while others focus more on fine arts, visual communication, or contemporary design practices.
Step 2: Understand Portfolio Expectations
Each art school sets its own portfolio criteria. For example, animation programs often prioritize gesture drawing, observational skills, and storytelling, while design-focused schools may look for strong concepts, experimentation, and creative thinking.
Step 3: Build a Strong Art Portfolio
Your portfolio is the core of your applicationâit demonstrates both your technical ability and creative identity.
A well-rounded portfolio usually includes:
Figure and life drawing
Composition and perspective studies
Character or visual development work
Evidence of creativity and problem-solving
Many applicants benefit from structured portfolio preparation or professional feedback to refine their work and meet school-specific standards.
Step 4: Prepare Required Documents
In addition to your portfolio, youâll typically need to submit:
Academic transcripts

Letters of recommendation (if requested)
Applications to Canadian schools are often submitted through centralized platforms such as OCAS or ApplyBoard.

YOUTH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
Positive Youth Development is an integral component of the overall strategy to combat risky and/or negative behaviors in transition-age youth. Youth development efforts strive to be proactive in encouraging positive behavior among young people rather than reactive in responding to unwanted negative or risky behaviors.
Research links early leadership with increased self-efficacy and suggests that leadership can help youth to develop decision-making and interpersonal skills that supports success in the workforce and in adulthood.
Understanding who they are and having a sense of belonging in their communities are important factors in the positive growth of our youth. We offer a number of programs and projects geared toward helping our young people build their confidence, learn about their identities, and deal with the challenges they face in day-to- day life.
Our youth development programs aim to build leadership skills in youth to enhance their personal and professional development and promote community engagement and participation among black/African Canadian youth in Peel. The programs and services provide youth with information and services that promote positive growth, development, and decision-making.
