**TRANSFORMATION THURSDAY**
Meet ! Yichi joined Empact late May and has had a huge impact on the community. His energy and smile are infectious and always comes in with a positive attitude. Most of all, Yichi has changed his outlook on fitness and the effectiveness of programming.
His "before" picture was taken in early June, and "after" picture was taken early August. In just a short 8 weeks, Yichi has gained 5.4% muscle mass! He has been consistently showing up 5 days a week and it sure shows!
So proud of your progress , and you're an inspiration to us all. The best part about all this, this wasn't a paid challenge, this is just a part of our every day !
