This Project Called ME
A space where we think about your thinking...
Question of the day: How can I be kind to myself?
Add on what works for you:
Today?
Right now?
When I…. ?
If this happens…?
In a way, this is a type of visualization exercise, with the characteristics of self promise.
❤️ Give yourself voice to love yourself.

I have enough. I am enough.
It's been my operating thinking lately. Simply thinking about how I think and the words I use (to tell my own story). The same data, the same situation, can have multiple stories. Which one do you choose?
There is power in how we think. Choose how you think and it'll change your life. 💗💗💗

💗💗💗
Enough.
That’s it.
Change the way you think and you’ll change the way you live.

I didn’t fail.
It was experiment #20899.
I had a hypothesis.
I tested it.
I tried it.
I discovered something!
Part of my hypothesis was right.
Part of it needs tweaking.
Let’s try again…
With some new thoughts.
It’s shaping my theories.
I enjoyed that.
Ok, what’s next?
This is the experience.
Of life.
A series of never ending experiments.
The point is…
To find
An experimental process
That works
For you.

wykyk. no pun intended.
With self awareness comes choice.
We often act on autopilot, driven by habits, emotions, and routines. These are underpinned by thoughts, behaviours, values, and beliefs - a part of us. However, when you're self-aware, you can identify patterns and with that, evaluate whether these patterns serve you and your goals.
5 tips to self-awareness:
1. See yourself. It could through journaling, recording, a coach - find a way to mirror back your words, behaviours, and thoughts. If you can't see it, you can't reflect on it.
2. Take time to reflect. Seek to understand what you're seeing about yourself.
3. Pause, don't analyze. Understanding and analyzing are two different actions (and verbs). There is nothing you need to do, yet, except understand what you're learning about yourself.
4. Hold judgment. This is who you are. You simply are. This statement is also about acceptance.
5. Hold space for yourself. This could be allowing the emotions to emerge (in a safe space), meditating, allowing a quiet moment, honoring yourself, be in free flow with yourself. Give yourself permission to feel all of you.

What will you do differently for yourself this 2025?
I've found my highest excitement through so many avenues with The Chinese Soup Lady. COM being one of them on top of positive psychology, thinking about thinking, coaching, and a love of technology.
And there isn't only one. We can have multiples and they may shift over time.
Just because you work full-time doesn't mean you can't explore your highest excitement (both in work and outside).
💡How do I find it?
💡How will I know?
💡How do I follow it?
💡How do I build it?
💗Take a deep dive into the practical (and not-so-practical) approaches to finding and following your highest excitement. I promise you... it will change your life.
