Don’t know what to look out for when buying a condominium in Toronto? Start with these three points!

1. First is location, location, location! 🎯Make sure you buy in an area that is of your liking and that will appreciate in value over time. Securing your investment is key. 🔐

2. Second is status certificate. Make sure your status certificate is up to par by reviewing it with your lawyer. It’ll give you a general snapshot of the condo, and if there are any special assessments. 🔎📑

3. Finally, make sure you are aware of what kind of parking you’re getting, and make friends with your security guards. It’ll go a long way. 👮‍♂️🚗

Always look for indicators like the ones I mentioned in order to vet out the right agent. Don’t ever feel pressured into singing anything! If you’re feeling pressured then something is more than likely wrong. You most definitely do not want to have any hesitation signing that paper!📄📑

So yes, do take your time in finding the right agent, it will help your situation more than you know! 👍
