Camps & After-School
ππ Every great discovery starts with a little curiosity.
Elford introduces his LEGO WeDo 2.0 Milo Science Rover, showing how motors, sensors, and simple coding help it explore its surroundings just like a real scientific rover. By building, testing, and explaining how it works, heβs learning that every mission begins with asking the right questions.
At ICE Robotics, students donβt just follow instructions, they become young engineers and problem-solvers.

What looks like a simple fan is actually a lesson in engineering, coding, and creativity π¬οΈπ‘
Jacob takes us through his LEGO WeDo cooling fan, explaining how a motor, smart design, and simple programming work together to make the blades spin. Every question, every demonstration, and every smile is another step toward understanding how technology works by building it firsthand.
At ICE Robotics, students donβt just build models, they learn the thinking behind them.

π€ Eliza walks us through the Competition Base 2.0 + Claw Hero Robot, explaining how the robot is built to complete challenges with precision, control, and smart programming. Hands-on projects like these help students strengthen problem-solving skills while gaining confidence in robotics and coding.

Big ideas deserve a break. ππ‘
At ICE Robotics, some of the most meaningful moments happen beyond coding, building, and robotics. Lunch breaks give campers the chance to recharge, share stories, make new friends, and create memories that last long after camp ends.
Because the best camp experiences arenβt just built with robots, theyβre built together.

Watching a robot break dance is fun. Figuring out why it dances is where the learning happens. π€πΊ
This week, Sadiya showed our students how a coded LEGO SPIKE Prime robot follows instructions using simple colour commands: π’ green to start the routine and π΄ red to stop it. Before long, the room was full of predictions, experiments, and excited reactions every time the robot spun into action.
Because at ICE Robotics, weβre not just showing kids what technology can do. Weβre showing them how to make it happen.

Every day at camp starts with a challenge, a handful of LEGO bricks, and a room full of curious minds. π§ βοΈ
What looks like play is actually teamwork, problem-solving, creativity, and engineering in action. One build leads to another, and before they know it, theyβre learning by doing.
Our Summer Camp is running through August 28, and thereβs still plenty of building left to do. π

Meet Max Talinga, one of the enthusiastic young minds from our ICE Robotics Winter Camp.
Max brought creativity and determination to every session, always eager to test new ideas and improve his builds. Whether he was coding, building, or working through challenges, Max showed that learning happens best when curiosity leads the way.
Students like Max remind us why hands-on STEM learning is so impactful.
