We had a really amazing time at the Toronto Wellness Event we hosted! 🌿✨ Over 14 participants joined us for a day filled with relaxation, learning, and community connection.

From calming Baduanjin exercises with Instructor Zhang Jun 🧘‍♂️ to soothing auricular therapy led by Instructor Chen Xia 🌱, everyone gained practical wellness techniques to strengthen their bodies and relieve discomfort.

During the event, our president also introduced our Youth Assisting Seniors 1-on-1 English Learning Program 📚🤝, which helps seniors improve their English and adapt to life in Canada. It was heartwarming to see so much support for building connections across generations!

A huge thank you to our amazing instructors and everyone who joined us—you made this event truly special! 💚

It was a great honor to co-host the 2025 Lantern Festival Celebration with the Golden Maple Chinese Seniors Association! 🎉🏮 We were delighted to contribute 30+ packages of delicious Tangyuan to support this meaningful community event. 🍡

Since 2019, President Helena Huang and our President, Holly, have worked closely to support Chinese seniors, and it’s amazing to see their partnership continue. The event was filled with warmth, joy, and incredible performances by talented seniors! 🎶

During the celebration, Holly also introduced our Youth Assisting Seniors 1-on-1 English Learning Program, which helps seniors improve their English and adapt to life in Canada.

Special thanks to City Councilor Joe Horneck and his assistant, Alan Kan, for attending and showing strong support for our vibrant Chinese community!

On February 11th, Beaver with U had the pleasure of co-hosting a heartwarming Chinese Lantern Festival celebration with the Toronto Chinese Folk Art Centre! 🏮 Over 150 guests came together to enjoy stunning performances and build meaningful connections, making the day one filled with joy, culture, and community spirit. ✨

During the event, our President, Holly, introduced our Youth Assisting Seniors English Learning Program, encouraging more seniors to join our 1-on-1 English classes—a great way to learn, connect, and make new friends! ❤️📖
