Hi, folks!
There was a miscommunication with confirmation because someone's email was different from the names on any of the ways they were contacting Q***r Cleaner. Easy mistake. It could have been fixed, and he could have been there within 35 minutes to get it done.

Instead of being normal about it, they used 3 sock accounts to send harassing messages in rapid succession, review bomb, and spam. These reviews aren't real, nor are the accounts. Q***r Cleaner always aims to make things right- but someone acting erratically and using multiple sock accounts for harassment immediately isn't someone that we would feel safe cleaning for.
