First show did it last minute. The diet should have ended 1 month before this but I wanted to push myself and see what my body can look like if I peaked for a photoshoot. Didn’t even know that I was lean enough to enter a competition but when it became apparent that I was I jumped on the opportunity and held on for another 3 weeks, man was it brutal but if you ask me if I’d do it again? Hell yes πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
Give me a 2 year mental break, I will still be lean enough to see my abs but significantly heavier to have enough nutrients to utilize in order to put muscle on my frame. Specifically in the legs & lats while building a stronger core. Will work on posing and come back as a braided up Viking and an absolute showman πŸ’« πŸ§”πŸΌ
Thank you for making me aware I had body dysmorphia and encouraging me to enter a competition along with the amazing peaking plan that helped me get shredded for my shoot and replicate for the show.
Thank you for the amazing consult and training advice you gave me last winter, which really helped me add some size and made it easier to cut this summer. That 2-0-2-0 tempo was a gem when closures happened and all I had were a bench and some dumbbells!
cutting advice on YouTube helped me find the perfect balance between calorie deficit and energy expenditure along with macronutrient intake so that I didn’t damage my hormones!
