Needless to say it was a lot of work... Footings everywhere!!! 3 fences along the back, tree roots and rocks galore!!!... And in a very confined space with 4 different neighbors to appease.

These are the before pictures of the latest job... As you can see a very old fence that our customer wanted to have replaced.

Spring is here and that means it is time to do some Post Replacements... It is a tough job but lucky the guys at Preferred Fences PREFER to replace posts, than simply install then, or build new fences, wood or chain link. Since this is a very rare preference as far as types of work orders we book... it might be a good time to take advantage of our unique niche. Admittedly, it is largely due to the companies youth and lack of capital to cover the 200-300' jobs without asking for a deposit.... but also because of the soft wet ground even the clay is not as hard to dig out as it gets when it bakes into almost rock hard concrete in late August. So, if you have some broken posts take advantage of our desire to replace as many posts as possible before July. Current rate is $300 / post and the sooner you call the sooner well come. We pride ourselves on being able to have the job done and be to the next one before the other companies even send you a reply or call you back.

Starting OUR first Tear down of 130' Wooden Fence this week and feeling good about it. Always nice to have repeat customers, especially when they are the very first clients to take a chance on Preferred Fences despite our having never A) done a job for anyone officially yet, B) were definitely underdressed and nervous so switching between a barely audible whisper to a barely audible shout. However, the job must have done its job and held things together for the year as was mentioned during out first encounter. Having a little snag with an air compressing seemingly too powerful for all the outlets in MY home at least. Looking forward to this job and hoping things go swingingly. Pics and updates to follow
