Yesterday evening, a grassroots lobby group for landlords attended the Landlord and Tenant Board's public Zoom meeting on new announcements. It was a turbulent meeting to say the least! The article attached is a person's take on the situation: worth the read.
Some highlights: new forms, self-scheduling for certain applications and evening and weekend hearings (if both parties consent) are coming down the pipeline.
