Meet John and Mathew, two of the contestants in our Soppressata Contest✨

For John and Mathew, making soppressata is about much more than the salami itself, it’s about friendship, family, and carrying on a tradition that has been part of their lives since childhood.
Their fathers were friends growing up, and both learned the craft from their families. What began as a family tradition has become something they now share together, blending recipes, techniques,and memories along the way.

For Mike, making soppressata is all about family, tradition, and spending time together.
Now, his kids are part of the tradition too helping throughout the process, learning alongside him, and making memories together. “Making soppressata means so much to our culture and heritage, and I’m happy to pass that down to them.”

Made with simple, natural ingredients and a lot of care, making soppressata it’s really about slowing down, sharing the process, and making memories along the way.

Our “Draw Your Mom” competition officially has its winners and honestly... this was way harder than we expected🫢
There were so many incredible drawings we loved, and narrowing it down wasn’t easy at all. So we chose to highlight 3 categories, colorful, creative, and most realistic!
