Asian-inspired stationery & gifts

I want to say this in the nicest way possible… 😅
Ahh it hurts when I see stationery shops have “stationary” in their bio or even on their market signage 🫣 pls, if you design and sell stationery, know how to spell it 🥲

Just for fun!! Which boba are you? Or what’s your 𝙚𝙭𝙖𝙘𝙩 boba order? 🧋
Mine is brown sugar boba, less sugar, no ice 🧋😌
As an artist, I’m not just drawing, I’m also thinking about the user experience. I want my products to be long-lasting, functional, and solve little frustrations I’ve personally noticed over the years as both an artist and customer 🫶 The goal is always to design cute things that bring you joy, but also thoughtfully designed! ✨
What’s a (seemingly) small detail that makes a big difference to you that you’ve noticed? 👀💭

Happy Asian Heritage Month! 💛
From ramen 🍜 to dumplings 🥟, pho to bubble tea 🧋, every dish tells a story of culture, migration, & connection.
Asian cuisine isn’t just one thing, it’s thousands of traditions shaped by history, community, and identity!
This month (& always), we celebrate the richness and diversity of AAPI cultures, through the foods that bring us together 🫶
💬 What dish connects you to your culture?

I actually tried outsourcing my stationery products… but the print quality, colours, and durability just didn’t meet my standards. From greeting cards to vinyl stickers and magnetic bookmarks, the difference came down to one thing: quality control.
Outsourcing problems I had
💌 Greeting cards: colours were off + print looked dull/blotchy
✨ Vinyl stickers: too thin, not crisp, curled over time
📄 Sticker sheets: cool-toned paper, not the warm white I wanted
📚 Magnetic bookmarks: weak seams + not durable, colours were off
Making everything myself means
🎨 crisp, accurate, & consistent colours
📝 tested materials + finishes
💪 products that actually last
It’s more work, but it ensures every product is great quality 💖
💬 Is it worth the extra effort? What do you think?

I get asked this a lot, why don’t I outsource my stationery? 🤔
Right now, most of my products are handmade in my home studio 🏡
✂️ greeting cards
✨ stickers
🔖 magnetic bookmarks
🧲 fridge magnets
With 560+ designs (and growing), outsourcing would mean producing large quantities of each design… which can get really expensive 💸
Making everything myself allows me to:
✨ create on demand
📦 restock best sellers
🌸 keep a wide variety of designs
🎨 ensure colours & quality are consistent
It’s more time-consuming, but I know not all designs are best sellers. Sometimes a design will only resonate with a handful of you, but it’s what makes the variety worth it!
& honestly, I love the handmade aspect still 🥹
I know this model isn’t for everyone, every small business is different. This is just what works best for me right now ✨
💬 Is handmade worth it? What do you think?

How my art found its style ✨
2020: designed my second collection, Asian Bakery!
2021: drew cute lil faces on them
in between: drew 100+ new designs!
2024: refined the design & faces
Just proof that the little details matter to me 🫶 it took a while to find my art style, but I just kept drawing & drawing until it refined to something that felt natural to me ☺️
Are you able to recognize my art through the lil faces? 🥹
