“yeah thats cool but like I’m leaving for japan in 2 days and also whats the plan for it”

“idk but let’s invite .schumann and and we can just make it up on the day.”

and thats literally how we shot the stuck in a cloud music vid. flying by the seat of your pants makes for some fun stuff —can’t wait for you seeeee it on friday!!

have you ever wanted to pursue something so bad, like painfully bad, that even though the odds of it working were basically shot to hell you go for it anyways cuz the fear of not going after it shakes you scared way more than the fear of it not working out? that’s what Horses is. long distance is beautiful and painful. it’s a ragbag of the joy of finding your person, your belonging, and the pain of feeling their absence all the time. it’s raw longing and hope and frustration.

i’m so damn lucky to have so many talented friends come together in this song. thank you to for mixing the song, guiding the drum recording sess and who not only played the drums on this but showered the song with love. thank you to my uncle Brian for playing some sweet sax on this. thank you to for playing the lead guitar on this and pushing it to new heights. thank you to my love for playing the bass and keys on this, being my constant soundboard, idea filter, and cheerleader.
