• Today is !!! But so is everyday we live on this planet. How can we keep the earth sustainable for us and other earthlings? Go green! Shop ethically! Go cruelty free! Buy and eat sustainably! Go zero waste! Promote conservation! Help in any way you can to reduce the pollution and strain to the environment.
🌿 This year, the theme is . A green future is a prosperous future. All earthlings (businesses, government, and citizens) should be accounted for and held to account. How can we do this?
1. Call for businesses to shift towards sustainable practices. Smart companies are learning that “ ” is not the way to go, sustainability increases profitability and performance long-term.
2. To build a green economy, governments need to incentivize citizens and institutions to create better habits by making ethical practices lucrative.
3. We have the opportunity to make simple but effective changes in our communities. Using our voices, choices, actions, and interactions starts a ripple effect that reaches beyond our grasp.
