❗️𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗗❗️ - 122 Habitant Drive - Patience and strategy got this deal done in this month’s cooling market.
Semi- detached properties have taken a noticeable hit in many areas. My advice: set the right and reasonable expectations with your seller from Day 0.
Ensure you both agree on a strategy and build in Plan B, C , D and W. You may just need to execute them all to get the deal done.
